I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix 2 X' X( T( z0 e ~4 ~% T - ^* B1 b1 L: }' m& o- B/ \and I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here % _ L a8 {.
